The signing of the Consignment Note with Noronha Sanches for the construction contract for the Quinta do Alto residential buildings, Rua de Goa 5, in Caxias has taken place.
This project consists of the construction of 3 buildings, intended for residential use, operating as private condominiums. The development will have 35 dwellings on 4081.48 m2, ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, green areas for use by the condominium owners and autonomous private car parking.
