History
Teixeira, Pinto & Soares, LDA was founded in 1997 and then headquartered at Rua Francisco Sá Carneiro, in Amarante, and as Managing Partner Fernando da Cunha Soares.
After 16 years of consolidation in the Civil Construction market, and in order to develop the company, work began on the new TPS facilities, inaugurated in December 2013.
In 2014 it is awarded the status of Leader PME by IAPMEI.
In December 2015, the company name was changed to Teixeira, Pinto & Soares, SA.
In February 2016, the first delegation was created in Lisbon, at Parque das Nações. In September of the same year we moved to the Aermigeste Industrial Park, in Cacém.
In October 2017, it became owned by Latitude Capital SGPS, SA due to the growth and expansion of our activities, thus contributing to our joint success.
