History
Teixeira, Pinto & Soares, LDA was founded in 1997 and then headquartered at Rua Francisco Sá Carneiro, in Amarante, and as Managing Partner Fernando da Cunha Soares.
In 2011, TPS was awarded its first contract in Lisbon, which expanded the company's reach in the domestic market.
After 16 years of consolidation in the civil construction market, and in order to develop the company, work began on the new TPS facilities, which were inaugurated in December 2013.
In 2014, it was awarded the status of SME Leader by IAPMEI.
In December 2015, the company name was changed to Teixeira, Pinto & Soares, SA.
In February 2016, the first branch was established in Lisbon, in Parque das Nações. In September of the same year, we moved to the Aermigeste Industrial Park in Cacém.
In October 2017, it became owned by Latitude Capital SGPS, SA due to the growth and expansion of our activities, thus contributing to our joint success.
In November 2020, TPS obtained a class 9 building permit classification.
In March 2022, the refurbishment of the facilities at the Cacém branch was completed.
In the first quarter of 2023, the refurbishment of the headquarters in Amarante was completed.
In August 2024, a branch was established in the Algarve, at Rogel Park in Alcantarilha.
