The Tercena Housing Complex, located in the parish of Barcarena, in the municipality of Oeiras, is part of the municipal strategy to promote affordable, quality housing, reinforcing the local authority’s commitment to social cohesion and sustainable urban development policies.
The project involves the construction of 83 flats, spread over three residential blocks, designed with contemporary and functional architecture that prioritises harmonious integration into the surrounding urban context and the comfort of future residents.
