The 8th Management Meeting was held on 19 September at the prestigious Hospes Infante Sagres Porto hotel in the city of Porto. This event was of great importance to the Group, providing a privileged space for reflection, sharing and strategic alignment between key managers and employees from different areas of activity.
The session began with the presentation of the balance sheet for the 2024 financial year and the first half of 2025, allowing for an objective analysis of the results achieved and the most relevant indicators of the Group’s activity. This was followed by the presentation of the 2026-2030 Strategic Plan by CEO Bruno Soares, a guiding document that sets out the medium and long-term objectives and lines of action, reinforcing the organisation’s commitment to sustained and innovative growth.
The meeting also included a social gathering, with lunch held at the Scarlett Restaurant, which promoted closeness and team spirit among the participants.
In the afternoon, the company’s executives participated in a group dynamic dedicated to conducting a SWOT analysis of the organisation, a fundamental exercise for identifying the main strengths and weaknesses, as well as the opportunities and threats facing the Group’s future. This initiative reinforced the importance of collective contribution and the active involvement of everyone in defining the strategies that will guide the activity in the coming years.
The 8th Management Meeting was therefore a decisive moment for internal cohesion, alignment of objectives and preparation for future challenges, consolidating the culture of rigour, innovation and excellence that characterises the Group.
