The implementation of this System has enabled the organisation to develop its values and objectives, taking into account the views and expectations of stakeholders and information on aspects involving social responsibility.
Social Responsibility
Teixeira, Pinto & Soares, S.A., aware that its organisation’s activities have both positive and negative economic, social and environmental impacts, has decided to strengthen the company’s identity and raise its performance standards, with a view to adopting socially responsible practices that go beyond the applicable legislative framework.
Social responsibility is particularly important for organisations today, as it represents their ongoing commitment to ethical standards and conduct in their relationships with stakeholders.
The Social Responsibility Management System of TPS, S.A. is governed by the requirements of Standard NP 4469:2019 ‘Social Responsibility System’, contributing to the continuous improvement of business activity, as well as contributing to social well-being, translating into an ongoing concern with creating value by meeting the expectations of the company and its stakeholders.
The identified stakeholders that may affect and/or be affected by a decision, activity and/or product of TPS, S.A. are as follows:

Code of Ethics and Conduct
A Teixeira, Pinto & Soares, S.A. possui um Código de Ética e Conduta no qual consagra os princípios pelos quais orienta a sua atuação e conduta no respeito pela responsabilidade social em harmonia com princípios éticos e com a Política de Gestão.
O cumprimento das diretrizes presentes no Código é absolutamente primordial para levar a cabo a atividade da empresa de uma forma responsável e sustentável segundo critérios de integridade e profissionalismo.
No âmbito da Responsabilidade Social foi criado o email responsabildiadesocial@tps.com.pt de forma a que todas as partes interessadas possam comunicar connosco de forma a incentivamos a sua participação na comunicação/apresentação de sugestões no âmbito da Responsabilidade Social, poderão também solicitar dúvidas e esclarecimentos perante situações enquadradas neste âmbito.
