The aim of the project was the renovation of a building for housing apartments, with various typologies. The development has a contemporary architecture, with a modern and elegant design, located in the center of Porto, which favors an excellent location.
A particularity of some of the apartments is having an exterior annex and having a mezzanine floor, which offers more space for housing.
