The building has two floors above ground level and will occupy an implantation area of 2,426.50m2 and a construction area of 5040.60m2. The following spaces stand out: adult pool and children’s pool; changing rooms and toilets; secretariat and offices; medical office and physiotherapy room; gymnasium and multidisciplinary room; gallery/stand with capacity for 280 spectators.

This contract is part of the Milharado Local Integrated Operation, which is the result of an application to the Integrated Operations in Disadvantaged Communities in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area investment program.
