Lot 7 – Armed Forces Housing Development consisted of the construction of a large residential building of urban significance, integrated into a structured development plan for the city of Lisbon.
The project involves the construction of a complex comprising three residential blocks, with nine floors above ground, totalling 152 dwellings, distributed across various types, in order to meet different housing needs. The architectural and construction solution was developed with a focus on quality, functionality, durability and appropriate integration into the surrounding urban fabric.
This project plays an important role in strengthening the housing supply, contributing to the urban regeneration of the area and the creation of a modern, efficient and sustainable residential environment, in line with current requirements and the city’s development vision.
