The completion of this project represents the enhancement of a property of great historical and architectural value, through works guided by heritage preservation, technical rigour and a responsible vision for the future.
The restoration and conservation of the building’s roof and structure have improved its safety, durability and preservation, whilst respecting the authenticity and historical character of the space.
At the same time, significant improvements have been made in terms of accessibility and the functional adaptation of virtually all spaces, promoting a more inclusive, efficient and appropriate use in line with current requirements.
A project completed with respect for the past and a commitment to the future.
