Our company has completed the construction of a 180-apartment housing development in Vila Real, one of the most significant affordable housing projects currently underway in the north of the country.
Located in Quinta do Almor, the development comprises five residential buildings offering one-, two- and three-bedroom flats, designed to provide quality of life, functionality and urban integration through modern solutions, green spaces and leisure areas.
Developed as part of the Local Housing Strategy, this project represents a significant contribution to boosting the housing supply in the municipality of Vila Real, addressing the current challenges of access to housing.
