We have completed the construction of the UC Biomed building at Campus III of the University of Coimbra, a facility of great scientific and technological significance which will strengthen biomedical research capacity in Portugal.
Designed to house Southern Europe’s first Multidisciplinary Institute of Ageing, the building brings together research laboratories, advanced technological platforms and specialised scientific support facilities, all dedicated to the study of the biological processes of ageing.
This project puts engineering and construction at the service of science, innovation and knowledge, contributing to the development of new solutions in the fields of health, longevity and the medicine of the future.
