Varandas do Sado Housing Complex – Awarded

The IHRU – Institute for Housing and Urban Rehabilitation awarded us the contract to build 92 apartments as part of the Varandas do Sado Housing Complex, located in Setúbal. This project is divided into 40 apartments for Lot 1 and 52 apartments for Lot 4, with buildings ranging from 6 to 9 floors above ground level.

The Housing Complex will be integrated into the urban fabric and will act as a structuring element, promoting the quality of public space, with integrated architecture, and generating a positive impact on the city and its inhabitants.
