Lot 7 – Armed Forces Housing Development, a project of high urban relevance that contributes significantly to strengthening the housing supply and enhancing the value of the city of Lisbon, has been officially inaugurated.
The project involved the construction of a building consisting of three residential blocks, developed over nine floors above ground, comprising a total of 152 dwellings of various types, designed to meet current housing needs, with criteria of quality, functionality and urban integration.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by the Mayor of Lisbon, Carlos Moedas, and the Minister of Infrastructure and Housing, Miguel Pinto Luz, whose participation underlines the institutional and strategic importance of this investment for the development of the city.
This project represents another solid step in the commitment to responsible construction, the creation of urban value and the promotion of housing solutions that respond to the challenges of the present and the future.
