We made the headlines with the announcement of the partnership between Carvoeiro Branco and TPS, who are joining forces in an equal joint venture to develop 724 new homes in the Algarve.
This 50/50 partnership combines Carvoeiro Branco’s portfolio of 32 active development sites in the region with TPS’s technical rigour, experience and large-scale execution capabilities.
The first three projects, located in Lagoa, Portimão and Faro, mark the launch of this new collaboration and reinforce both companies’ commitment to sustainable growth in the south of the country.
