The Fábrica Vilar development, in the centre of Porto, transforms the former Fábrica Nacional de Bicicletas Vilar into an innovative housing and hotel project. The complex includes around 40 one- and two-bedroom apartments, a 31-room hotel and the Musas project, with additional apartments, green spaces and a swimming pool.
The architecture, developed by the Pablo Pita studio, combines the preservation of industrial heritage with contemporary solutions, offering modern comfort and a unique urban identity.
The work is currently underway, coordinated by TPS in partnership with Década Paralela and Youropa Real Estate. This project aims to revitalise the area and create a new residential and tourist destination of reference in the city of Porto.
