Located on Monte da Caparica, the Quinta do Facho – Lot B development represents a significant investment in promoting affordable housing and urban regeneration in the municipality of Almada. As part of the programme to increase the municipality’s housing supply, the project involves the construction of 52 flats, helping to meet the community’s growing housing needs.
The development comprises five four-storey multi-family buildings, housing flats ranging from one-bedroom (T1) to four-bedroom (T4) units, designed to offer functionality, comfort and quality of life to a variety of household types.
