An important milestone in the progress of the Tercena development.
Last Friday, 29 May, the topping-out ceremony took place at the Tercena development, marking the completion of the building’s structure with the pouring of the final slab.
This tradition in the construction industry symbolises the completion of one of the most significant phases of the project and represents the result of the commitment, dedication and professionalism of all those who contributed to the development and execution of this project.
The ceremony was attended by the Mayor of Oeiras, Isaltino Morais, accompanied by the Municipal Executive, in a moment of celebration that brought together teams, partners and organisations involved in the project.
The project involves the construction of 83 apartments, spread across three residential blocks, designed with contemporary and functional architecture, prioritising harmonious integration into the surrounding urban context and the comfort of future residents.
