São Valentim Housing Estate | Project completed

In Conceição da Abóboda, Cascais, TPS was responsible for the design and construction of the São Valentim Housing Estate, which forms part of the Cascais Municipality’s Local Housing Strategy.

The project involved the construction of six municipal housing blocks, comprising a total of 36 flats, as well as the completion of the associated urban development works and surrounding infrastructure.

📐 The project was developed as an integrated whole, ensuring coordination between the buildings, the outdoor spaces and the necessary infrastructure, with a focus on functionality, build quality and urban integration.
