The São Valentim Housing Estate, situated in Conceição da Abóboda, Cascais, forms part of the Cascais Municipality’s Local Housing Strategy and involves the creation of new municipal housing solutions.
TPS’s involvement comprised the design and construction of six residential buildings, totalling 36 flats, as well as the execution of the associated urban development works and surrounding infrastructure.
The project aims to ensure harmonious integration into the existing urban fabric, combining the creation of new residential spaces with the enhancement of the surrounding area. In addition to the residential buildings, the project includes the urban development works necessary for the complex’s operation and integration into the local area.
