Another large-scale contract has been awarded under the Lagos Local Housing Strategy, consolidating the commitment to sustainable and affordable housing solutions.
The project involves the construction of 104 flats, spread over three residential blocks (A, B and C), ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom flats, organised into five-storey buildings.
The contract also includes an innovative ‘Cohousing’ component – collaborative housing, a solution designed to respond to specific situations of housing shortage. This space will have seven bedrooms (five with and two without kitchenettes) and several common support areas, such as a dining room, living/work/study rooms, laundry room, medical office and support room.
Located in the upper part of the city, this new development reinforces the commitment to inclusive and sustainable housing models, contributing to balanced urban development and improving the living conditions of the population.
